Elizabeth Forrest Lambert
Director of Communications and Strategic Planning
Elizabeth Forrest Lambert has been director of communications for UC Davis Graduate Studies since 2016. She leads a team responsible for developing communication strategies that help the university support graduate education. These strategies include communication planning, creative storytelling, special events, digital engagement, social media, issue management, and executive communications.
Prior to joining Graduate Studies, she was the director of enrollment management communications at University of the Pacific, where she helped raise the college's thee-campus profile and led the crafting of its undergraduate and graduate recruitment marketing plans. Previously, she was director of marketing and recruitment at Drexel University Sacramento, and a classical music program host at Jefferson Public Radio.
Elizabeth regularly makes presentations on strategic recruitment, and advocates for the needs of graduate students and postdoctoral scholars on a number of campus-wide committees. She is a resident of Woodland, California and currently serves as on the city's historic preservation commission. Elizabeth holds a master's degree in higher education administration from Drexel University and a bachelor of science in communication from Southern Oregon University.
