Graduate Studies is excited to announce the Spring 2023 Commencement ceremony on June 15. Ceremony begins at 3:00 pm at the University Credit Union Center (formerly The ARC Pavilion)

The final details about the 2023 Graduate Studies Commencement Ceremony will be emailed in advance of the event.

  • Arrival Time
  • Student and faculty line-up and check-in is typically at 2:00 p.m. Please arrive promptly.

  • Regalia
  • Regalia is managed through the UC Davis Bookstore, if you have any questions please contact them directly. Graduate Studies does not have extra regalia onsite. If you need to request an emergency gown, please visit this link. Once distribution begins, you will be able to pick up and pay for your regalia on the lower level of the MU Campus Store.

  • Regalia Returns
  • Collection tables will be available for drop offs after the ceremony outside of the main entrance (northeast corner) of the University Credit Union Center, in front of Peet's Coffee.  

  • Guest Tickets
  • All registered students will receive up to (4) guest tickets to attend the in-person ceremony. Guest tickets are managed by the Aggie Ticket Box Office. Ticket registration information was sent in the student confirmation email. 

  • Parking
  • Guests may park in unrestricted A or C zone permit spaces in Lot 25 and the Pavilion Parking Structure at no charge. Vehicles displaying a DMV-issued disabled placard or license plate may also park in time zones with no limit, or in any disabled space. There are elevators and stairwells located at each corner of the parking structure. Complimentary Mobility Assistance Shuttle services are offered between the west side of the structure and the South West (SW) entrance at the University Credit Union Center.
