Alumni Opportunities

  • Graduate Alumni Volunteer Opportunities

  • UC Davis Graduate Studies is launching two new volunteer opportunities for advanced degree alumni who wish to give back to their alma mater by helping current graduate and professional students meet their academic and career goals. It is our goal that, through participation in one or more of the programs outlined below, advanced degree alumni will hone their advising and leadership skills while sharing their expertise with fellow Aggies.

Please note, these programs are for advanced degree alumni which include graduates from master’s and doctoral programs, but not specifically designed for professional graduates such as law and medicine.

Graduate Alumni Mentoring Pilot Program

Participate as a mentor in a pilot program that connects advanced degree UC Davis alumni with graduate and professional students in order to create a mutually rewarding professional network where mentors share their knowledge, expertise, and the tools and resources necessary to promote student success. This is a two-quarter program that will begin on February 24 and conclude on June 2. After the virtual orientation and kickoff events, mentors and mentees will arrange their meetings independently and connect via phone, email, or video conference.
