Wednesday, December 9, 2020 (All day)

The UC Davis Graduate Studies offices will be closed from Monday, December 21 through Friday, January 1 for the annual winter academic break.

The office will also close at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18 to allow staff to prepare for the holiday. If you're planning to submit paperwork to Graduate Studies, please be sure to email your Senior Academic Advisor or between the hours of 9:00 a.m and 12:00 p.m on December 18. We will re-open on Monday, January 4 for regularly scheduled remote operation.

The Admissions and Academic Services team has created a web-based winter closure guide for UC Davis Graduate Students.  If you have any questions about filing deadlines, qualifying exams, registration holds, or other topics, please visit the Winter Closure Guidance for UC Davis Graduate Students webpage.

From all of us at Graduate Studies, have a restful holiday season and winter break.  We look forward to seeing you again in the new year.
