Learn More About the Program
Students gain advanced knowledge of the physical, chemical and biological processes that govern the quality, behavior and distribution of soils in relation to landform evolution, geochemical environments, and organism habitats. Students graduate with the qualitative and quantitative skills necessary for professional research and teaching in soils and soil-plant relations, as well as the mineral nutrition of plants in the context of irrigated agriculture.
