GSADC Recommendation Form

To the candidate:
Please share this form with two people familiar with your abilities as a graduate student and your leadership experience. One recommendation must come from your major professor.

To the recommender:
The individual requesting this recommendation is applying for the Graduate Student Assistant to the Dean of Graduate Studies and to the Chancellor (GSADC) position. The program is designed to provide students with career development opportunities by involving them in a variety of professional development activities. In addition to their work with the Chancellor, the Dean of Graduate Studies, the Graduate Council and other campus administrators, the GSADC meets with graduate students, the Graduate Student Association (GSA) and other graduate student groups and organizations. This position also provides the opportunity for professional development during which the GSADC may hone their leadership skills while also becoming familiar with university administration, particularly in relation to graduate education. 

It would be helpful in our selection process if you would provide us with your assessment of this applicant using this form along with a letter of recommendation.
